Palm Springs Art Museum Website Launch

Palm Springs Art Museum came to us with a few defined goals for their new website:

  • Increase traffic
  • Expose performances
  • Provide a calendar of events
  • Increase membership
  • Give staff the ability to manage content
  • Provide a public facing for the new Palm Desert Facility
  • Provide a public facing for the new Architecture and Design Center

We began our process, like we usually do, by coordinating a workshop with the stakeholders that gave us the insight necessary to create a content strategy which aligned with the user personas we developed from the information gained from the workshop.

From there, we created new user paths, URL structure, and simplified the user interface. A new visual design to support the freshly revealed logo of the Museum was applied.
